Zapco Security-Guard-Plus tamper resistant paper is designed to combat fraud and we take great measures to ensure that our product is used by trustworthy and legitimate consumers. Should it come to our attention that Security-Guard-Plus, or any of our products are being used illegally in anyway, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to the fullest extent.
In order to combat unauthorized use of our tamper resistant paper, we will require verification of your business. Please note that orders will not be shipped until Zapco has received and/or has the proper documentation on file. If proper documentation is not received within three (3) business days, the order will be cancelled. Send the following information by email (orders@zapcopaper.com) or fax (800-445-8052) on your company letterhead.
- Key contact person.
- Physical address.
- Purpose for purchasing tamper resistant paper.
- State Board License Number.
- Employer Identification Number.
- Please include one of the following; if applicable:
- Secretary of State Filing Number
- dba Document
Zapco, Inc. reserves the right to decline the sale/shipment of our products to anyone and will refund your full payment.
