Your personal satisfaction with all of our products is always our number one concern. 

Depending on time of day order is received, all orders will ship same day or next business day.  If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified via email and/or phone of the delay.

All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express.  To prevent shipping delays, verify your correct street address is entered.  UPS requires a street address and can not ship to a Post Office Box. 

For your convenience, our delivery vendors will deliver your package to your door without requiring a signature.  This is beneficial to you if you live in an apartment building or if you are not at home during delivery hours.

Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days.  15% restocking charge for all products returned.

Zapco products are guaranteed to be free of manufactured defects.  We will replace any defective materials promptly or issue a refund.
