Thank you for shopping with Zapco. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Zapco will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date and must be in saleable condition.
- You will be refunded the amount of your original purchase minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization and the product is to be returned to Zapco at your expense.
- Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable: Special Orders/Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
If an order is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
